The new assembly line for motors IEC 56 – 112 will significantly increase the production volume of the Končar-MES company.

The total length of the line is 14m. The line consists of 15 conveyors with non-driven rollers (L = 700mm) and 5 rotary tables on which the assembly is carried out. Each line segment (transporter and turntable) has a maximum load capacity of 80 kg.

The new line was set up to optimize production using a LEAN methodology and one-piece flow to increase competitiveness and assure delivery deadlines.

Active monitoring of the development of technology and its use in the production process is imperative for Končar-MES and the path to sustainable creation of new values.
