CENTRIFUGAL FANS

The product line of centrifugal fans represents an expansion of a diverse production program by KONČAR-MES. Our series of centrifugal fans can be used in almost any application connected to air flow. The wide range of these products is used in the ventilation and cooling industry. Design advantages include optimal efficiency, high air flow, and low energy consumption. A wide range of exhaust positions, geometries, housing thicknesses, and materials adjusted for different types of impellers is available. Very flexible design and production allows fulfillment of a customer’s most specific demands. Our program of centrifugal fans is developed to enable the realization of most combinations of volume flow and pressure by using direct drive fans. Because the fan production program is based on a modular system, most fans can be made from standard components. This enables a short production time and competitive prices.

AXIAL FANS

The entire range is widely used in the ventilation and cooling industry. Design advantages include optimal efficiency, high air flow, and low energy consumption. A wide range of exhaust positions, geometries, housing thicknesses, and materials adjusted for different types of impellers is available. Very flexible design and production allows fulfillment of a customer’s most specific demands.

MOTORS FOR FAN APPLICATION

KONČAR-MES also produce motors for fan applications in both Ex and non-Ex versions. Fans can be axial or centrifugal. Motors can be designed without their own fan and closed on the non-drive end for IC418 application of axial fans.

Motors can have specially designed shafts or mounting arrangements for wide use on the fan assembly. Winding can be designed for maximum efficiency of the fan. That is why it is possible to make one, two, or three-speed fans or motors can be run through a frequency inverter for a wide range of speeds.

Motors can be designed with a cable for main and additional equipment that helps the customer to easily take the leads and connect them in a terminal box.
